My New Year's resolution this year is to put me first. I'm going to focus on me and my goals this year, instead of shoving them away on the back burner. Dieting and exercise is going to be my priority. This blog will be my journal, and I've resumed acquaintances at Diettalk and am using Dietwatch to keep track of calories and exercise. I have motivational books to read, and I'm getting myself already this week to start on this journey to a leaner, fitter ME!
