I'm still doing well! Exercising hasn't been what I'd hoped for this week, as all I seem to feel like doing this week is sleeping! Last two days I've also been a touch high in caloric intake for the day, so I have to put a little more time into planning my meals to make sure that doesn't happen. Sometimes I just plan two "high" meals, or "low" meals without realizing, and then end up too high or low on my daily totals.

I traded places with one of my closest friends at work, and went skating with the special needs kids that I worked with for years yesterday. The whole school goes every Valentines day. My job was to make hot chocolate back at the school... she doesn't skate, I do, so we traded. I had lots of fun... was great to be with my 3 sons again (the little boys I used to work with) little Andrew was so happy to see me that it almost made me wish to go back!! So ice skating was my exercise yesterday. My back is paying for it today. Trying to get Andrew to skate is like trying to make a wet noodle skate! oyyyyyyyy

I had a great day, as far as eating goes, and I managed to stay on plan with exercise. I went for a 20 minute power walk at lunch, and after supper I did 115 crunches, and 20 minutes of weights.
Doing much better this week. Feeling recomitted to everything. Yesterday I had to forgo my lunch hour walk, as it was a staff appreciation luncheon. I did awesome! I had about 1/2 c. of vegetable barely soup, and a bit of salad. The rest (carrots, yogurt), I ate out of my packed lunch. I passed up cheese cake, lemon pie, casseroles, you name it! I was very pleased with myself! So when I got home, I got supper going, and then did my Tae Bo Basic Live #3 tape. This morning, I show a 2 pound loss for my efforts!
I received this information in the mail, so I thought I would share it:

I sat down today, and decided on an exercise program that I hope I can live with, as I could feel my urge to exercise taking a serious decline! I'm aiming for a 25 minute power walk at lunch hour (M/T/W/Th), Tae Bo or Richard Simmons Tape (M/W/F/S), Weights (T/Th/S), Crunches (6 days/week). Today I did Tae Bo for 30 minutes and 110 crunches!
