Sorry for my absence, but my computer has been down and out most of the week. I lost everything, but am gradually getting things back in order now. It's been a lot of work!
I had a fairly good week, in spite of all the computer hassles. I had one "pig-out" night to get it out of my system for the month. I didn't exercise quite as much as normal, but I got in a really good workout yesterday, and I will have time to do lots of walking this weekend as I'm going out of town with Ben for hockey. Overall, my loss for this month was 7.5 pounds, so that's a good, gradual loss and I'm happy with that! My total to date is now 20.5 pounds. Have a good weekend everyone!
TIP OF THE DAY: Looking for something besides a sandwich for lunch? Try
eating your meats/cheeses/ and greens in a whole wheat pita pocket, tortilla
or bagel for lunch instead of bread!! Also, for a change in "toppings", try
alternating fat free ranch or thousand island, mustard, fat free mayo or fat
free italian dressings!

I'm back after some major computer troubles. Last night I designated as an official "Pig Out" night, as yesterday was one very crummy day! I'm down 20.5 pounds now, and suddenly everybody at work has noticed that I've lost "so much weight"! LMBO... yes... over a 2 month period! LOL
