Doing Great
I'm still doing great with South Beach. I'm on Phase 2 now, so I've reintroduced some fruits (low GI ones, cherries, blueberries, strawberries) and yogurt. That's about all I've added back in for carbs so far.
I've been a bit bloated, and the scale has crept up a bit this week, but I'm not worrying about it just yet, as I've just recently started this whole vitamin/supplement regime, and it's going to take my body a while to adjust to it all. I've also just restarted taking flax seed, and I always suffer from some bloating, etc at first until my system gets used to it again. I don't know if it's coincidence or what, but I've been sleeping so well the last few nights, and my energy has been better too. I felt really strong the last two days during my workouts, instead of like a limp noodle!
