Free Meal
Yesterday was great. I did a killer workout with Cathe: IMAX2. It completely nearly killed me! Too hot for that kind of a workout! BLECH!
Anyways, my eating was good all day, I chose last night as my free meal for the week, enjoyed it, and now am solidly back on the beach this morning. I must go for groceries today though, or I'm going to find it difficult to eat properly!
