Do you eat breakfast? What do you usually have for breakfast? People are always saying that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Is it vital to your weight loss program? Why or why not?
I always eat breakfast. I have scrambled eggs with bacon, my juice flax/seed shooter, my fistful of vitamins and a couple of cups of black coffee for breakfast every morning. I believe breakfast is vital, as I feel that it gets my metabolism going, and gives me energy to get through my day. If I'm well fueled and full of energy, I'm far less likely to give into temptations that I may come across during the day!
Posted by Bev at August 11, 2003 6:49 AMOatmeal! my parent's are originally from India, so growing up, breakfast was never really the most important meal of the day...that usually ended up being dinner...now that i'm trying to become healthier i've pretty much had to re-do my entire eating habits...your breakfast actualyl sounds a hell of a lot more healthier then mine, but considering i'm extremely lazy in the mornings i go with what's fast and easy
