Caffeine- Yay or Nay?

I've been doing a little bit of research about the good/bad effects of having caffeine while dieting. Opinions seem to be pretty much split. About half the people seem to think that it speeds up the metabolism, and gives them extra energy for workouts. Others, seem to think that it messes up your blood sugars. I hate to give up my Starbucks (Americano).

As a parting note, what do you call a machine that can make both cappuccino and espresso? Ajura capresso!
