Green Tea

Everyone has heard of the goodness of Green Tea and weight loss. I used to drink it quite regularly when I was well on the good path. One thing I couldn't figure out was why I couldn't drink it in the mornings. It always made me queasy! In the afternoons or evenings it was fine. Strangest thing!

Have you noticed any changes from adding green tea to the menu?
